Daily rates per apartment. Calculated based on a minimum stay of seven nights.
For visits of less than 4 overnight stays, the following rates are valid:
In season A the rates for season B are applied
In season B the rates for season C are applied
The price includes:
Electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linens (beginning of stay), bathroom linens (beginning of stay, change midweek), parking, use of pool, umbrella and deck chairs.
Security deposit (reimbursable): €100.00
Extra:
Lake view €8.00 per day, requested by reservation
Additional linens €6.00 per person.
Buffet breakfast €10.00 per day/person.
Extra cleaning (excluding kitchen) €20.00

7 = 6 and 14 = 12

Long Stays:
3 weeks to the price of 2
valid for the months of February-March-April-May-September (from 14.09.2013)-October-November.
Payment:
Reservation payment of 30% of the full stay. For last minute reservations is requested a credit card as a guarantee.
Terms of cancellation:
60 days before arrival no cost
from 60 to 20 days before arrival 30% of the total
from 19 to 04 days before arrival 60% of the total
from 03 to 01 days before arrival 80% of the total.
100% of the complete reservation, for cancellations on the day of arrival or no show
 

Arrivals: Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. Other days on request.
Departures: By 10:00 a.m.
