Every Tuesday evening we organize guided tours of the family oil mill for our guests.
After a brief introduction to olive cultivation on Lake Garda and a visit to the olive groves, we accompany our guests into the oil mill to explain the method of processing the extra-virgin olive oil. The discovery of a world completely unknown to most makes this experience an unforgettable part of the vacation. The most curious are our younger guests, learning the method of transformation of the olive while having fun.
Finally, you must not miss oil tastings and a toast with a good claret, a wine that in summer is enjoyed cold and as an aperitif in the evening.
